Is Your Website Bringing in New Business?

Most websites are built to look good at launch. Multi-location and multi-brand websites need to do more than that. They need to scale as locations are added, support paid campaigns with proper landing pages, maintain brand consistency across a portfolio, and produce conversion data your team can actually act on.

A website built without that architecture in mind becomes a liability the moment you try to grow it. New location pages that break the design system. Paid campaigns with nowhere relevant to land. Analytics that can’t tell you which market is converting or which brand page is driving leads.

Hekate builds websites as digital infrastructure. Not pretty pages, but functional systems built to support paid campaigns, scale across locations, and produce data your marketing team can use to make decisions.

IDEAL FOR COMPANIES WHO:

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN EVERY WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT ENGAGEMENT

Who This Is Built For

Website design engagements are most valuable at moments of growth, when the current site is holding back paid campaigns, can’t support new locations, or was built before the company had a clear conversion strategy.

Multi-location operators

Each location needs its own page with its own local schema, its own conversion tracking, and copy written for that market.

We build location page systems that can launch new markets in days, not weeks, without breaking the design system or requiring a full rebuild.

Marketing and leadership team collaborating on brand strategy and campaign execution

PE-backed & acquisition-stage companies

Post-acquisition website work has a specific urgency: integrate the acquired brand’s digital presence without losing its SEO equity, unify brand expression across the combined entity, and get conversion tracking in place across the whole footprint. We’ve executed this playbook before.

House-of-brands companies

Multiple brands under one parent company need separate digital identities, separate domain or subdomain strategy, separate SEO footprints, separate conversion tracking.

We build multi-brand web systems where each brand stands on its own without requiring separate agencies or separate maintenance overhead.

Marketing leads whose site isn't working

If your paid search and paid social campaigns are sending traffic to generic website pages instead of dedicated landing pages, your conversion rate is suffering.

We rebuild the site architecture so every campaign has a proper destination, and add landing page capability that your team can deploy without development support.

Driving Qualified Patient Calls at a Fraction of the Industry Cost

Through paid search strategy and Google Ads campaign management, we built a lead generation system for Quick Care that delivered 171 high-intent patient calls in a single month at $5.62 per lead – well below the $15–$25 urgent care market average – with costs continuing to decrease month over month.

"We went from no paid advertising presence to a steady stream of patient calls in under two months."

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you build on WordPress only, or other platforms?

Our primary build platform is WordPress as it gives marketing teams the most autonomy for ongoing content management and integrates cleanly with the SEO and campaign tools we use across every engagement. For companies with specific platform requirements, we scope accordingly.

We do not build on Wix, Squarespace, or other hosted website builders for client sites.

SEO preservation is built into every website project. Before launch we map all existing URLs, set up 301 redirects from old to new pages, configure canonical tags, submit the updated sitemap to Google Search Console, and monitor crawl errors in the weeks following launch. A poorly managed site migration can cause significant organic traffic loss. We treat it as a technical deliverable, not an afterthought.

Yes, this is a core part of our multi-location architecture. We build a location page template within the design system so new market pages can be launched by your team without development work each time. Each page includes local schema markup, geo-targeted copy fields, and conversion tracking, all configurable from the CMS.

We recommend and manage WP Engine for high-traffic sites and multi-location builds, and SiteGround for smaller single-brand sites. Both include staging environments, daily backups, SSL, and CDN. Managed hosting is available as a monthly retainer that covers security updates, plugin management, performance monitoring, and uptime tracking.

Both. For existing sites we can audit the current build, identify structural or performance issues, and execute targeted improvements without a full rebuild. For sites that need significant architectural changes (multi-location page system, post-acquisition integration, design system build), a rebuild is usually the more efficient path. We scope both options and give a clear recommendation after the audit.

A website is the foundation that paid campaigns, SEO, and brand strategy all run on. Paid search and paid social campaigns need dedicated landing pages to convert properly. SEO requires a clean technical foundation and well-structured location pages.

Brand strategy decisions, architecture, and co-branding rules all need to be implemented in the site before they’re implemented anywhere else.

We build websites with all of that in mind, and we’re usually the same team running those other services.

Your website should be working as hard as your paid campaigns.

We’ll review your current site architecture, identify where it’s costing you conversions, and show you what a scalable rebuild looks like.
