Tim Walther is an expert in applied psychology, experiential learning, and team and leadership development. He is the owner and President of Grand Dynamics International which designs and delivers radically innovative corporate events and retreats using adventure as a medium to bring out the best in business leaders and teams

The Challenge

Tim was ready to launch his book and needed a marketing and publicity promotion plan. He didn’t have a personal brand established and only had an audience built through his company, Grand Dynamics International.

Our Strategy

  • We worked with his connections in adventure and endurance sports and created a group of influencers as well as content to make it easy for them to share

  • We also used this same group to make initial purchases on Amazon and to provide verified reviews hand-in-hand with his publisher

  • We worked with his email list, an audience from his company, and created a strategy to keep everyone informed about the launch and invited everyone to purchase the book, join the launch interview and get special access to an ALL IN Insider Event with two extreme sport athletes to drive sales

  • We built his platform with a 3x per week posting strategy on LinkedIn as his main target was to use the book to build more clients for his experiential leadership programs - while also executing a LinkedIn Outreach strategy

  • We worked with several angles and pitched to many podcasts and publications - and positioned Tim as a keynote speaker

The Results

Tim achieved Bestseller status in over 7 categories on Amazon during our initial launch and sold over 2,000 books. Plus, he achieved 50+ 5-star Amazon reviews.
